Our activities in Ukraine rely on the generosity of individuals

We are now in the 5th year of the war since the full-scale Russian invasion in February 2022. Our work continues – supporting those at the front with medical supplies and mobile medical teams, as well as the many families suffering from mental health issues- an area of our work that will continue long after any peace treaty. In 2026, we have launched a new focus on veterans coming home, helping them, with our delivery partners on the ground, to process trauma through peer-to-peer support workshops.

We appreciate that most individual donors are happy to let MedAid aggregate smaller individual donations and to decide on allocations to our causes where we see the need as being greatest at the time.

There are three ways to donate as an individual

Donate Directly

Donating directly avoids any fees that donations platforms may charge. Please just get in touch by filling in our web form and we will respond directly. We will provide a GiftAid form for UK residents.

Donate Through Your CAF or Other Charity Account

Donate Through JustGiving

Please note that you can nominate any fee you wish to pay JustGiving on the slider bar in the small print link, even £1 is acceptable; you do not need to accept the suggested fee. They are set up to automatically reclaim GiftAid. In this case your donation will be allocated to our causes by MedAid.
